Group Coaching Workshops
Group Coaching Workshops are a way of spreading the benefits of coaching to more people, more quickly. They generally focus on previously agreed topics and often run in a series of 6 or more sessions, held weekly.
Coaching workshops are available to small groups of individuals on a wide variety of subjects. These can take place in:
- local companies for groups of employees, or
- in local schools, for either students or staff, or both
They can be held at Cherwell Business Village or on site at your company premises or school.
BENEFITS OF GROUP COACHING WORKSHOPS
- Coaching in small groups proves to be economic with regard to time and expense, yet high in personal value, as these workshops lead to increased levels of motivation, wellbeing, happiness and success for those involved.
- Coaching is proven to help retain staff; those who feel heard and cared for, often perform at a higher level and stay in their job for longer.
WORKSHOP GUIDELINES:
-
The workshops can run for 60 or 90 minutes.
