What is included?
1 There is one Welcome to Wellbeing interactive online Module available each month. This supportive module provides a secure, safe space for you to reflect on the topic of the month, e.g. assertiveness, confidence, overcoming stress and much more. It gives you time to think about yourself and what is most important to YOU. Here you can answer relevant questions and learn from downloadable tips and suggestions as appropriate. The group is based entirely online so that wherever you are in the world, you can easily enjoy and benefit from our inspiring group.
2 Alongside this there is an Online Forum where you can post questions, thoughts, ideas as often as you like. Sharing ideas and feelings in this way helps you to learn and grow; to consider your wellbeing on an ongoing basis so that you can make improvements, rather than just put up with the way that things are currently. Being part of a group means that you can benefit from the experiences and wisdom of everyone involved. And of course, I’m always available to check in with you here too.
3 There is also our private Facebook Group, enabling us to keep in touch with each other, to share progress, stories and to ask questions, throughout the month. Here you can post about anything that is concerning you, ask questions and get beneficial answers. All in all, this is a great combination of supportive resources, all here for you.
What is the investment?
The monthly investment is just £27 including VAT.
You are free to stay in the group for as long as you like. You are under no obligation to commit to the group for any specific length of time.
