However, what if you knew that a new way would be the best way? You would presumably jump at the chance and begin as of yesterday?
So often when you decide to do things differently, there is no need to look back to the old ways. Life is meant to be lived and doing things the same way, day in and day out, is not necessarily making the most of it. I am so keen for people to do the things that they want to do and are passionate about that I regularly encourage people to just go for it, do it, whatever it is, give it a go. What’s the worst that could happen?

…and it is not always easy on our own. This is when coaching is so useful – working with someone who is your cheerleader, motivating, encouraging and ensuring you achieve your aims – all of this enables you to keep putting the effort in and overcome your fear of change altogether.

I love seeing the difference in people when they realise that they can do whatever it is they want to do. So often we have too many limiting beliefs that freeze us on the spot, so we decide that we won’t change, it’s best just to stay how we are…
