Each programme is an all inclusive, complete package as follows:

  • 10 weekly sessions of interactive online content
  • 6 or 12 hours of 1:1 meetings either in person or by phone or skype

All programmes are also available without any  face to face or telephone 1:1 time for just £500.

All programmes can be paid for in 3 monthly instalments at a slightly higher cost (see each relevant programme page for more information.)

1:1 sessions:

Usually 3-4 hours per month.

1:1 x 6 hours: £550 (2 months)

1:1 x 12 hours: £1050 (3 months)

It is essential to remember that coaching is not a 'quick fix' procedure, as it is likely that you are trying to change habits of a lifetime.  I recommend working together for at least 3-6 months for optimum results.

However, if you are faced with a sudden important decision to make, or a dilemma that needs urgent clarity then get in touch.  My Initial Discovery Session will enable you to find the answer:
