My name is Claire Fuller and I have been working with hundreds of people since 2002, to help them to make more of themselves and their lives.  I have worked with people to manage their stress, improve their confidence, build assertiveness, and create more balance in their life on a daily basis.  Defining success and happiness has been a major wish for a lot of people and when they discover how to regain control of their life, suddenly they ARE successful and happy.

And now I’m going to teach you how to do the same. No more telling you that you should just reduce your stress, be happy or confident or assertive; instead you can learn HOW to make these changes in your life and then implement the techniques quickly and easily.

So what exactly do you get?


With Life Skills Box you get a comprehensive training and coaching programme around all those vital life skills that we were never taught at school, and really should have been!  It is a Personal Development programme that enables you to de-stress, contemplate how you could do things differently, decide what you will change and when, and as a result everything slots into place to make for a much less stressful life.  It is a resource that you can work on at any time of day or night.  Working through the modules will enable you to understand yourself better, to notice what you are unhappy with and to decide to make some long-awaited changes.  Let’s decide right now to stop putting up with stuff and take action at last!  You CAN be upbeat and positive, confident and happy and no longer stressed!

In each module you’re asked to complete questions that really help you to apply your learning to your own situation and clarify your actions moving forwards.  You are also given an assortment of material to download and keep, sometimes scoring how you feel about certain areas of life, also hints and tips to help you to become more insightful about your life and the people around you.

The programme is complete as it stands, however to maximise its use there are three further options:
a) To receive an online response from me once a month
b) To receive an online response from me once a week
c) To receive an hour’s coaching from me (either face-to-face or telephone), once a month

These options provide the opportunity for you to explore further, any issues that arise from the programme, also to ask questions.  They also provide the accountability factor, which we all benefit from to ensure we take action!

1 Discover Your Strengths A good place to start; discover what you are good at already, so that we start to develop a good feeling at the outset!
2 Manage Stress Effectively Then we take a look straight away at what causes you stress and how you can find ways to manage it much better, quickly.
3 Build Self-Confidence If you would like more confidence then this module will really explain how to do this, enjoy working through it.
4 Become More Assertive The idea of developing assertiveness sometimes seems unrealistic, people believe that we cannot change the way we are, well luckily this is not true, once we discover the way, assertiveness can be for anybody.
5 Think Positively Now Is your glass half full?  Or half empty?  Thinking positively is SO important to everyone, for health and wellbeing reasons.  Take your time on this session, there is a lot of information to take in, but once you grasp it, you will be very pleased you did.
6 Finding Happiness Where is the best place to go to find happiness?  Sometimes it can be rather an elusive commodity.  There is no need for it to be, take a look and you will easily find it!
7 Build Self-Belief If we feel good about ourselves we will go on and achieve so much more than if we struggle with low self-belief.  Did you know that we all have a vast amount of potential inside of us, more than we will ever use up in a life time?  So let’s start believing and stretching ourselves far more.
8 Manage Time Effectively How to make good use of time?  Doesn’t everyone wonder this, well it is all down to each of us to decide what matters most, on a daily, weekly or even minutely basis!  Enjoy making better use of your time from now on.
9 Get Motivated Now Motivation is easy – if we enjoy something we will do it.  But if we don’t – what happens then?  This shows you how to overcome procrastination and just get started right NOW!
10 Memory Tips Such a useful facility – our memory.  How best to use it and to keep using it, so that it serves us well.  Read and learn some great tips, then put them into practise!
11 Increasing Luck Another one of those fantastic commodities, however sometimes it is thought to be only for the ‘lucky few’, and not for all of us…  This module will help you to rapidly dispel the myth.
12 Create A Balanced Life We must obtain balance in our life; otherwise we are in danger of ‘burning out’.  Remember no-one ever wishes they had worked more hours, when they are approaching their final days of life, so make time for the fun in your life.  And do it now!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Life Skills Box is an online package – does that mean it’s an e-course delivered to my inbox?
Not at all. You create a username and password that gives you access to your own private online platform. Here you’ll find material to guide and teach you, along with questions for you to answer right there on the page to help you clarify your learning and plan your actions. This is a private area that can be accessed by only you and me, and although it’s essentially a self-coaching package, I have been known to take a sneaky peek at your progress every now and again!

How long do I get access to all the content?
You have 12 months to work through all the modules. You’re free to download any of the materials, and to print and save your work at any point.  You may decide to just work through one a month as a means of looking after yourself on a regular basis, or you may work through say 2 or 3 sessions in one go, then do some more in the next month.  It is entirely your choice as to how quickly you go through and how much time you spend on each one.  You can even come back to your answers and add some more whenever you feel like revisiting a topic.

Sometimes I find it difficult to keep myself motivated with programmes such as these.  How can I ensure I keep working through this one?
If you find that you would like an accountability factor you will be pleased to note that there are 6 free webinars included in this package, which are held every two months throughout the course of the programme.  This is for you to answer any questions you may have and to find out how you are getting on with the programme generally.

If whilst working through the programme I feel that I need to work further on an area of my life, can I come and see you as well?
Yes it is also possible to upgrade to a face-to-face (or telephone) session with me, no problem at all.  This is a great way of making the most of the programme.

So How Much Does All Of This Cost?

Life Coaching Online, via Life Skills Box is at an introductory price at the moment of just £247 – it is a collection of 12 of the most frequently requested ‘tools’ that I have been using with my clients since 2002; happily they are now all available in one easy to access place, for use at any time.  There is so much information covered in here that the cost is extremely nominal.  When you consider the years that I have spent in finding out how best to help my clients this is a truly remarkable offer.  An hourly session is normally £95 so for little more than that you have access to far more than the equivalent of 12 sessions (which would be a minimum of £1140) – it’s very easy maths when you look at it like that!!  I believe that one of the best ways to build great relationships with people is to over-deliver and I know that with this offer I am certainly delivering excellent value to you.
