What can you do to increase profitability in 2013?
Whether you are an established business owner or a relatively new one, it is likely that you will always be looking for ways to increase the profitability of your company.
As you are aware, your business depends heavily on yourself and your employees (if you have them.) Therefore it makes great sense to ensure that the people in your company are functioning at their absolute optimum level by being fully engaged in their work.
Think for a moment and decide how much is one hour worth to you? How much is one hour worth to a member of your team? You probably know how many billable hours need to be worked by each person per month, or how many ‘widgets’ need to be sold per month, to keep the company afloat.
