Have you tried all sorts of diets and exercise regimes, in a bid to lose some weight? These often fail because you feel that you are punishing yourself, or that you are depriving yourself of some favourite foods.
If you choose a type of exercise that you do not enjoy, again, success will not be very likely. Life Coaching seeks to address the underlying issues that are leading to the weight gain in the first place, such as stress or boredom. A desire to change is crucial, as is a change in mindset, for success around long-term weight loss. |
